Discover why user's are dropping off and propose the best solution into Super through user research.

Background

SUPER is a social app allowing people to create little works of art. While contracted as a User Researcher for two months, I along with another collegue:

  1. Led over 30 usability tests discovering 200+ pain points with the existing product.

  2. Delivered over 25 product optimizations to Biz Stone and SUPER development team focused on user engagement and retention.

  3. Delivered designs focused on new-user funnel implemented.
